Has anyone signed up for Kristy Kun’s March and April online felting classes? I paid for two of her online felting classes, which were to have started in March and April. I still haven’t received the class materials or online class platforms. I keep running into dead ends with her. Kristy has never initiated any communication as to whats going on. Only after much persistence on my part has she responded to me with promises the classes will start soon (and even offered a refund, which I haven’t seen). I don’t know what to do. Has anyone else ever encountered this situation and what options do I have to solve the problem? Thank you for any ideas.......

Maggie, I'm sorry you're having so much trouble. I've taken a class from Kristy and all went well. I do know she has changed direction in her crafting. She also sold off practically all her inventory. If you paid thru PayPal or credit card, I'd go through them and ask for a refund. This doesn't sound like her, but you never know when life interferes. I know I haven't received any newsletter from her recently either. Good luck!

I haven't taken any classes from her but I definitely think you should get a refund at this point. As Marilyn says, depending on how you paid, you should have recourse. Call your bank or credit card company to complain.

So sorry to hear you are having problems there Maggie, how dispiriting. I agree with the other ladies, pull out now, you will find something else to sign up to I'm sure.
