triciaf, I really do't know how she is wearing this. I'll need to ask the owner. When she put it on, she did not protest, which was a good sign.

Great coat. It is a very good match for the dogs natural Coat. Next you will need to make some lovely matching boots. Boots? That won't work. How about felted leggings?

The boots might be uncomfy when wet lol. I see people in Finland who have our rescue dogs from Crete put boots on the dogs in winter - apparently when the ground is completely frozen & icy it cuts dogs' paws. I just laugh about how I would never get more than 1 boot on 1 paw of 1 dog without them pulling it back off!

that dog looks so toasty warm in its new coat, and it matches the dogs colouring - I think it's absolutely fabulous Nada, you are a clever woman.

It's an Ashford knitters loom 28", I have adapted it so I can use it as a double heddle too.

That's a lovely hat and scarf Carole - blue and grey are beautiful together and the way you've patterned them is fab.

Great hat and scarf Carole.
I have made felt boots for my dogs. And we do the "balloon" kind of boot on their paws when it's really cold. They don't like them much but once they are walking and their feet don't freeze, they get used to walking in them.

I had to be very carefully with felting the Gotland locks on the hat, because the locks will stick together and bunch up, just as you say triciaf. Gotland felt very easy, they are already felting with carefully washing them. Next time I keep it wiht my thread and glue gun.

Well I am not an expert weaver, but 28 is a nice size if you want to sew something you have more possibility's. I suppose with a double heddle you can do more patterns . I have an inkle loom, self made (first one form a box and made a band for my mochila bag) one and I want to learn how to weave with cards , just bought a book about that and see some YouTube's.

Great scarf and hat Carole. The colours are great together. Some dogs here where boots too. It helps to keep the salt out and stop them getting snowballs between the pads on their feet.
My dog would not put up with a coat or boots. My moms dog has rain coats and winter coats and boots for both.
