Tyvek is also used in some envelopes, the white kind that don't tear. So if you work somewhere that uses that type of envelope, often you can get them before they are thrown away to use. Just use the inside white parts. They can be painted etc. There are all kinds of new man made materials that work well with the heating techniques.

haha all this new stuff is costing us all a small fortune but as my Hubby say's if its something you really really need then go ahead lol duh well of course i need it , he doesnt know the half of it Awww i've actually missed the fun we all used to have xo

They also use it for covering houses here so you can buy huge rolls of it at home stores.

These huge rolls - does one do oversized origami to make an enormous no-tear envelope, pop one's house into it - and presto - no need for removal men, just pop it in the post?

lol have you seen how much a roll of it costs ?? i did take a peak on a site ( i'll have to re-look it up) it was nearly $500 a roll , i suppose that would last all of us a lifetime lol
