Glad you're starting to feel better, Judy. My back seized up about a month ago and I was in agony for 2 days, I can't imagine how painful and difficult yours must have been.

Sorry to hear about your accident. I did similar last year and was out of action for a while, but AOK now. It's so frustrating struggling just to get dressed. Keep up the back exercises. I still do a little yoga to keep things right.

I keep them in the ziplock bags they are sold in, and then put those in a embroidery bag or box in a cupboard out of sunlight and reach of my dog ;)
