I have 1 Marilyn & it's really very good indeed. I have a very similar tool which to a layman does look almost the same, but just doesn't have the same smoothness. With Robbin's tool, the tiniest of fibres in a fibre painting don't move, & it does cut down on rolling time, I find. Also good for fulling. Robbin is also holding some workshops in the UK, I did see if I could get there, but alas no. She is very generous with her knowledge & very encouraging, I think a workshop with her would be a lovely experience.

Yes the link goes to a gourd page but if you click on classes the felting classes being taught by Robbin will come up.

Hello France.. I have 3 different Palm Boards and I love them. I have also bought the flower pattern from upwolfing but I have not used them yet.. Has anyone try this technique?

I am thinking about the classes - we are normally in North Georgia in September and I think that is the same weekend as the Alpaca Festival I had planned to attend in Georgia - so I will have to decide what will work best with our schedules.
