Way to go - this shows how much fulling is really needed to get something shrunk down as much as possible. Your finished slipper is wonderful!

Bravo, Frances! It's amazing how much more fulling you can do & how much more shrinkage you can get, when you need to. I bet that took a while, but the extra benefit is they will be really strong now. Enjoy your warm feet

This was a great post Frances - and you did a very good job with those slippers! I need to do the same with a pair that look like they would fit "Big Foot" at the moment. Love your bead board too!

Zara I made the Bead Board for a few dollars - acrylic cutting board, glass beads flat on one side and water proof glue - all can be found at the $1 store.
