Ann it's a lovely liner even if it didn't turn out the way you imagined. None of would have been the wiser if you hadn't said anything. ;-)

Hello Ann,
Your liner for your basket is very creative and beautiful and a nice soft landing for the eggs.. Great idea..

My daily dose has been bit aggravating - Making a Hat Block out of Great Stuff has not worked too well for me - I am doing another test with it tonight and will see how that evolves. I will do another post on Hat Blocks once I finish experimenting with the stuff. But I do have one made out of something different which I will post about when I update on Great Stuff.
On a better note I do have the roving and large bubble wrap to make a Honeycomb scarf. I have ordered wool to make slippers. I should have the Hat Block Completed tomorrow. I have the materials to make the form for the felted gloves.
And I have ideas swirling in my head for the three Designs I will be entering into our Flower Show. First I am going to try and complete the Driving or Flat Cap. Then I will work on the Flower Show - I would like to have what I am going to do decided and completed except for fresh material before we return to Florida in April. Only fresh or dried plant materials can be used.
What have the rest of you been doing?

Wow Frances you have a lot on your plate! Good luck! Sorry to say I've been traveling so no felting. Sigh. But I love seeing what everyone else has been doing it motivates me for when I can get started again,

I heard about an exhibition/competition here to be held at the Royal Exchange theatre, the info is really sketchy though, www.royalexchange.co.uk/whats-on-and-tickets/craft-shop-open-competitionso I emailed them some questions and still haven't heard back. I'll phone them today to find out. I wouldn't get my hopes up if I do enter, and I certainly won't make anything unless I knew I was in, but I have been thinking of a few ideas. And I actually got chance to take some photos today, just fibre samples. Funny thing was, I was getting agitated from the heat of the sun, but the minute I came upstairs away from it, and no heating on, I was freezing!

My daily dose was making yet another custom order cat mat. Turned out very well, but I need to move on with other projects. It’s been difficult squeezing in time with my current government contract work. My mom is still recovering as well. I miss my felting time!

Frances, I think you need a few more hours in the day! With the exception of the Garden Club designs it is all planned for the next few months. In fact I may wait on the Honeycomb scarf until I go back to our Condo in Florida (April) - I have a 6 foot Island there at a good height for standing and an overhang on the other side so I can sit or prop on a bar stool. Here I can use a table in the basement (ugh) or the dinning room table both too low.
