OMG!!!!! I am trying to post photos of my wonderful Christmas gift from Pandagirl! Ruth and I met yesterday and I thought I had it figured out. Now I find that my photos will not work as they are too large. I have downloaded 3 different photo apps and still can't get it accomplished. Ruth may have to post them for me. I received a beautiful felted wall hanging of a cardinal in the snow. Brought back good memories of my grandparents home in Illinois. Along with the cardinal, was a pin cushion and some fun pieces of white boucle to play with. All in all, a most gracious gift and I am sorry that photos were not posted sooner!

I deleted 2 photos for you.
I just love the cardinal - that's beautiful. I saw it in person and it is gorgeous. I love the almost white on white background.

Great exchange gift. The cardinal is fab. I love felt pin cushions and who can resist some interesting yarn.

Thanks. The cardinal is our state bird. Unbeknownst to me it seems to be a favorite of Paula's. :-). It was an interesting learning experience. Of course, I finished it before someone explained how to do the wool painting on the forum.

I grew up in Illinois also. Right across the river from St. Louis. Madison, Illinois. Love cardinals. We have one who guards his territory on a corner of our yard. You can hear him out there putting out the big bad warnings. He also sees himself in the window glass of our sunroom and thinks it is another bird. He really gets testi out there.

I'm glad you liked it Ann, and I'm sorry I had NO idea you were in doubt about me sending an exchange indeed. I hope I didn't disappoint you.
I got your beautiful bracelet and arm warmers today and I am sooo happy with them! I'll post a picture soon, thank you so much. As for that message button on F&NF forum: it said that "this member cannot receive messages at the moment". I could not re-open your message to me either. That's why I tried e-mail + Facebook. Sorry again. Heide.
