I have printed greeting cards with my felted designs. They are folded with a design on front but entirely blank on the back. Being in a rush to place an order I've not thought it through properly and now just do not know what to do Not only there is no useful information on the back of the cards but they have slightly unfinished feel about them as well. What could be done if anything? At the moment I have a few ideas (mostly silly ones!): - I could print something on a self adhesive paper and stick it to the card; - stump it with the name (my own name or my website/facebook page): - sign it by hand; - leave it as it is.
Any thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated !

The card is beautiful!
Signing/writing on the back of each one would be a lovely finish - but not if you have a thousand though!
Do you have a sheet of sticky address labels suitable to run through your printer? You could not only have text on each one but a little picture as well if you wanted.

It's a great idea, thank you Lyn! I need to check, I believe I have some suitable stickers already! Or I can order some at reasonable price. Thanks!

Lovely card. I use address stickers and it works great. So I have tried Lyn's idea and recommend it.

Beautiful card. I use return address labels and address labels(they are bigger. I also had a stamp made with my farm name and logo. all of these are good and signing is great unless as Lyn said you have a thousand. Then its time for a signature stamp.

Thank you all! It looks like a sticker with whatever info I'd like to display is the best bet. I do not mind signing as well (it's not thousands ) just my signature is so far from being nice/interesting! I will show it here when it's done. Thanks again!

I agree with Lyn signing if not too many otherwise labels. The card is lovely!

Love the design of your card. Labels as suggested above are a good idea. You say your 'signature is so far from being nice/interesting' could you develop one and get a stamp made. I had a brass stamp made of my initials which allows me to do a dye stamp, and a heated foil stamp (I also plan on trying a wax seal).

Yet again I’ve managed to write a reply and somehow not post it.
Lovely card, Galina
I make & sell quite a lot of cards. I print sticky labels with
[name of picture] From an original felt picture [my name]
It’s worth the hassle of naming the picture even though it means I have different labels for each card as I’m often surprised by how long people spend reading the card backs. Also I was contacted recently by someone who received one of my cards and wanted to buy a print (it was a photo rather than a felt picture). The fact that she had the name was useful but it also proved the value of including my contact details.
I used to initial the cards with the year but decided it wasn’t worth it. I’d probably do it for cards that are actual felt rather than photos of felt.

Need to change my attitude towards that!

Need to change my attitude towards that! Ha, ha! I can’t promise meaningful names! Mine tend to be very factual, eg “Little Egret, Birchington” or “Sea Pattern #3”.

I like " Sea Pattern #3”! It implies that there is a series of the pictures on the same theme. Sounds grand

That’s a nice way of looking at it. On the other hand it might mean this is my third attempt and I’m still not getting it right!
