I am a relative beginner..have taken two classes and many online tutorials. And I have practiced a LOT! I have experimented a lot with inclusions. I really like making cobweb scarves. I took one class in nuno felting, but the silk I ordered has not come yet. So I do have that to work on.
Now, i would like to learn some new techniques. I see pictures of stuff and I wonder how they did it.
Can anyone suggest some more advanced online tutorials?

Fiona Duthie has nice classes and the courses of felt and Fiber studio are great. I bought a few russian masterclasses and they really are great. Soossie Jobson with her differential shrinking methods are free and very impressive.

Advanced in what way? Specific techniques, or fibres, different wools for different projects etc, or advanced as in, the whys and hows so you can predict the outcome?

Thanks for your responses.
I looked into Fiona Duthie and she has exactly what I am looking for, However, Her classes closed in January and won't be available until next September.
Zed,I think what I am looking for is surface design...eg baubles, craters, bumps and the like. Also layout.

Liza, checkout our Studio blog site There some free tutorials there and if you look at the tabs at the top there is also a shop button. feltingandfiberstudio.com/linksresources/Also Rosiepink offers tutorials on a variety of felt subjects. I’ve taken Fiona’s class and it was good, but you can also find some of those techniques in Ruth’s book. Experiment you’ll probably be able to figure most things out,

Once again, my thanks.
Thanks Pandagirl for that list of resources. So much to explore. I already have Ruth's book.
And thanks to Zed. I just bought your online book. I see a lot of stuff I want to learn there. I see you are in Manchester.I have spent some time around Manchester. I love the North. Friendly folks. Delightful accent.

Aaw, thanks Liza I hope you find it useful It's hard to remember all the techniques we've covered or linked to but if I think of any, I'll add them. I agree with Marilyn, though, you can't beat experimenting. Actually, that made me think, a lot of our challenges have involved surface design and experimenting with techniques, you might find something there, this is the list of posts: feltingandfiberstudio.com/category/challenges/And, that has to be the first time our accent has been called 'delightful'! So thanks for that too

Thanks for yet another reference.
I agree about the experimenting and playing around. I have just experimented with neps and I was delighted with my outcome.
The North also has some interesting usage. And I love the Geordie accent. This sort of thing fascinates me. My surname is Stenson, which I share with a Bubble in Derbyshire.

I love accents and word usage too, it really is fascinating. I started watching an Australian series last week, (Please Like Me, I think) and they main character had such an odd accent, like he used to be Welsh, so I looked him up and his last name is Thomas. He was born/raised in Aus, so I'm guessing he got it from his parents! It's such a distraction at times as I have to stop shows to look people up I've got some 'unique' ancestor/relative names too which only appear in certain areas.

Thanks you so much for this tip. She had two courses on offer. I preferred the second one starting later, so I subscribed.
Also, she had some very good links, and I ended up watching a video by Rae Woolnough. It was very well done and I learned how to do something I had wanted to know.
