I may follow your lead Ann and change my avatar, whilst I like my sunflower picture, it is not very fibre related....probably something I have made so far.

Viltmaaraan, the rug looks good with the natural colours. Will you felt it when its done or leave it as it is? I think I have to leave it as it is, because it wouldn't fit in the washingmachine . Maybe for a second life I can bring it to a shop who has an industrial wasmachine.

My daily dose was untangling a skein of yarn. Not fun, but it's done.

My daily dose was finishing a small winter sun scene where I have sewn on pressed winter stems and seed heads. I have tried to take pics for posting but the photos make it look so drab and dark, and you cannot see it how I see it.

I'd love to see it anyway Tracey.
I do sympathise - yesterday I took some photos and one that I took at midday was ok but then I tried to take more in the afternoon and although the light didn't seem too faded to me, the camera didn't like it!

My daily dose today was getting some nuno felt pieces started. They are for making zippered pouches. And getting 5 flowers laid out and wet. More felting tomorrow.

My daily dose was feeling brave enough to agree to spin at the Edinburgh yarn festival and showing a newbie najavo plying!!! then the most unexpected happened, I have been asking around for a 4 shaft table top loom as I am ready to try out new skills and they are so expensive, when a wonderful woman yesterday offered me hers in return for a small donation to a charity close to her heart - I am completely in shock - it's a 3' beauty - now I'm putting out the universe that I need a studio!!!! worth a try :-)
