Whow, then it was seriously surgery. It will take some time, learn to be patient. Perhaps you can paint felt pictures, also nice and you don't need to wet felt it, you can do that later. I wil show you my pics : goo.gl/photos/cvYNjd9wqfq6gss67

That is a really beautiful shell with lots of details Viltmaaraan! Well done! :-)
And yes, perhaps needle felting is better to start with once I get back some movement in my fingers. That's also easier to do in shorter intervals.

I had thought that there were two shells too, it is really interesting, the shape the colour it looks natural well done Viltmaaraan.
Zara pleased it's all over and I'm sure you'll heal in no time, slowly slowly is always best :-)

I think i will make 4 felted pics in 2D for the theme wherin i will repeate the use of tubes. For water the tubes are the waves, for fire the tubes are the flames, for wind the tubes supposes to be hair waving in the wind and for earth the tubes are roots of a tree. But now the making......i need some time...
