Linn, thanks for the links for the silk. I've used cotton voile for Nuno and it works well as long as it's a loose weave.
Nada, great blouse.

Gorgeous top, Nada, exactly my favourite sort of felting. From the sleeve it looks like it was maybe a crinkle silk chiffon?

Thanks Zed. This morning a friend came to visit, wearing a very very colourful long dress that she bought at the local (cheap) Chinese market. The first thing I said was "Let's Nuno that dress!" <LOL> It felt like Chiffon Silk but I am not sure, but sure has a beautiful printed pattern on it! :-) Regards Linn Ahh yes, Linn. I do that all the time! Fabric is either 'Hmm I could felt with that' or 'naah, too heavy'. I've recently added a third - 'I think I could eco-print that' You're hooked!

<LOL> Elizabeth ... I've now started to ice-dye some of my old backdrops that I used for photography and some are flops and some are "Hmmmm ... I'll Nuno felt over the mistakes!" <LOL>
I can't wait for my purchases to arrive .... probably the last week in September, maybe just a little bit earlier. This Saturday we are cleaning out my office to make space where I will be able to do my layouts. There is no way I can do it in the kitchen because the Ragdoll cats are much too inquisitive!
Regards Linn

Linn,it is well worth checking your charity shops for printed silk scarves,i have found many that way and a few synthetic chiffons that worked too.
