This is one of my "watercolours" framed in standard frame with a glass and a mount. I'm quite happy with myself and think it looks nice!
And the picture itself:

I am proud, Nada! Thank you ladies, it was a bit tricky at first because I wanted it to be framed not just stretched. Need to size carefully so that the design was positioned right. I felted it on the base of cotton scrim and the piece is very thin so that it could get in standard frame. Framing was much more challenging than the felting itself!

Great job Galina! Yes, the framing is always the hardest part for me, too.

Wonderful! Yes, framing and finishing always is more complicated and takes longer than expected. You did a great job with it.

It is lovely. I saw it on facebook earlier. Yes, framing is always a problem. So many choices; frame and mat and colour and glass.

I think it's fabulous Galina - a lot more than quite nice. It must have taken you ages for all that beautiful detail and shading. I haven't investigated framing anything yet although I have a couple of heavily embroidered pieces I'd like to frame....... joys and learning curves still to come!
