I assumed it would be a card, I can do that. If not, I'll pass this year. If everyone wants to do their own thing that's fine.

I am fine with sending a card again. It is easy to send for sure.

Hopefully some of the other will speak up with opinions. I am happy with cards.

A card or anything else small enough to avoid high postage costs. This is my suggestion.

As a newbie this year, what was the card?

It is a post card made of fiber. So essentially a flat piece of fiber art in a postcard size. I usually use a piece of interfacing for the middle to give stiffness and then a piece of white cotton on the back to write a message on. Here is a link to a post I wrote about making post cards: feltingandfiberstudio.com/2013/04/07/fabricfiber-postcards/

I'm easy, as long as it's lightweight - which most fibre items are.

Thanks. That sounds like fun. BTW, I believe that the USPS must deliver any object that has a valid address and postage. I did not participate in, but read about a contest to post the silliest thing and have it delivered. I think an ear of corn and a pumpkin were delivered.

They will definitely deliver the fabric/fiber postcards but you are never sure what condition they will be in when they get to their destination. Especially if sending overseas.

I think last year most of us put them in envelopes just to be sure they were safe.

There's a whole business in posting potatoes to people with messages on.

There's a whole business in posting potatoes to people with messages on. Spuds in socks would be lighter!

Hi everyone sorry this is late. I was thinking I would make a list and everyone would give to the next person in the list and the last would give to the first. If everyone would like partners to exchange with I will make partners.I need to know asap so I can post the list one way or the other on Tuesday and then everyone can get busy.

I think it would be easier to just have partners but I'm fine with however you want to do it.
