If you don't want to save the whole screen, use a 'snipping tool' from Windows. You can save the bit you want and you can save it as a jpeg (very useful). Here is a link that will take you to instructions for Windows 7, and if you scroll down the page, also Windows 8 and 8.1 linkHere's a snip from the forum's banner saved as a jpeg

Thanks, can't do that on my pooter. Will have to borrow Peter's "chopping board" aka i-pad to do that. I'd forgotten about that Judith - here's the 'funny' for anyone who hasn't yet seen it link

I'm thinking of replacing this and reverting to something which supports Windows.

I had to download a screen shot program -- Sureshot -- on my pc to capture it in my Firefox broswer. Good luck.

Elizabeth I have two overhead plugs in my studioa nd they are wonderful, no cords in the way - up out water if I want to use a sander, go for it.
