Lately I have been wet felting scarves. One of my sisters recently got a new job teaching in a fancy school in Brentwood, CA, so I sent her one of my cobweb scarves so she could look glam. She loved it, but then she asked for scarf in "her" colors. But not a scarf with "holes." OK, so not a cobweb scarf. But not a scarf that's too warm--it is southern California, after all!
As soon as I figure out how to post the photos here (Flickr changed their editing procedures and I have not yet figured how to "embed the codes.") Hate to leave you hanging, but more later!

You can post form your own computer now if you want to. Use the large add attachment button in an original post or when you use the reply button. Do not use the little picture of a picture in row right above the text box. You can't add pictures form the quick reply either.

Thanks, Ann. I cannot use the add attachment button because my photos are too large, and I know not to use the quick reply. I had been posting photos using Flickr and the embedded text, but Flickr has changed things around, and it's just enough so that I am stumped. But i will keep trying.

Odd when I click on the share button when I have a photo in the slideshow part it has the bulletin board code there. is it not the same for you? I don't use flikr since they did the big change last year.

I don't use flikr since they did the big change last year. What slideshow if not Flickr? I was trying through Flickr, and when you hit the share button, the code space is teeny and does not transfer correctly using edit and paste. They do make it easy if you want to post to Facebook or Twitter or Pin. This is so frustrating!

I have used photobucket. They've changed it some since I was there last. At least the front page is better now. I liked the old flikr. The photos were smaller so you could scroll through them quickly. When you clicked on a picture you didn't get a slide show you go the picture you clicked on.
I noticed if you right click on the photo in the slideshow You can go to the all sizes page. you can't get the bbcode but you can download it in any sized you want. That might work for you to get a smaller version you can post and email easily.
Nice scarves by the way.

Cathy, all the scarves are beautiful, but my favorite is the first one. Too bad they aren't her colors, more like mine. ;-). My son lives inBurbank and the nights get a little chilly. My daughter I law is always cold and wears scarves all the time.
I use photoshop to make pics smaller then post from my computer. I have a flicker account but never used it.

You have been busy! My fave is the first one, but they're all lovely. There's free photo editing (no registration required) at PICMONKEYClick 'Edit' then a box will appear on your screen for you to choose the photo from your computer that you want to make smaller. Click on the photo then click on 'open' and the photo will appear in picmonkey. On the left-hand side you will see a box 'Resize'. To post a photo on the internet, resize the longest side to 720 (picmonkey will automatically adjust the other side). Important: When you save the photo, save it with different name/number so that you don't overwrite your original photo. OR Before you start, make a copy of the photo and work on the copy then you will definitely preserve your original.

Yes, thanks, Lyn. First scarf is actually my favorite as well--guess you, Marilyn and I like the same color ways. Once I get into a mode, I like to keep going, because then I feel like I am getting better with each item. I get into trouble when I switch around too much. Thanks for the tip on PICMONKEY. Sheesh, I really liked Flickr!
